Primus Realty Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A. - PRDI is a real estate holding company established with the purpose of concentrating the real estate portfolio investments of Argon Administração e Participações Ltda - Argonpart.
PRDI aims to: (a) join organizations which operate in the real estate sector, as a partner, shareholder or consortium member, or by means of other type of investments, such as subscription or purchase of debentures, warrants and other securities issued by companies of the real estate sector; (b) provision of collection of receivables; (c) acquisition of property for income; (d) acquisition of property for real estate development; (e) residential and commercial real estate incorporation; and (f) urban lot development, logistics projects and commercial centers.
